Study on the Evaluation of Land Intensified Utilization of Development Zone

Abstract: Land is the essential resource for human's existence and development; it is important for human society's manufacture and live; it also have particular importance for human survival and economic development and social progress. At present, with the high-speed development of the industrialization and the urbanization, the contradiction of construction land is very obviously. With the industrial land focused and the rapid economic development, the contradiction of development zone is becoming important. Finding the solution of this problem can also have strategic significance and practical significance. The use of development zone in our country have too many problems, such as Occupying too much land, Unreasonable Land-use structure, similar Industrial Structure, the low Utilization of land use and the low Price of land change. This Article takes the export processing zone of YanTai as an example, evaluating the Intensive use of land. Based on the problems of land intensified utilization of development zone, we can find the basis for Solutions, the arrangement of City Development, the Expansions of Development Zone Of various types. In this paper, based on the home and abroad relevant theories, research methods and the actual survey results, we can Explore the scientific exploration of land use planning and land management effectiveness, and through qualitative and quantitative analysis, centered on empirical research and theory to study discusses the key issues. Take Yantai Export Processing Zone for example, studies the intensive land use zone by theory and practice. In this paper, the first and second parts discussed the theoretical basis of the Land Use Development Zone, and summed up the domestic and international research in related fields, as well as the theoretical basis for research. The second part of this paper discussed the development process and the existing problems. The forth Part of this paper discussed the Index System principles, and established the evaluation index system of the Land Use Development Zone, as well as the corresponding evaluation model. Part V of this paper used the above-mentioned theoretical studies and took the Yantai Export Processing Zone for example to make empirical research. It proposed some suggestions for Yantai Export Processing Zone. The final chapter gives the conclusions of the article, pointing out the inadequacies of the study and further expansion of the studies…
