Applied Study on High-speed Spindle

Abstract: This paper describes the situation of high-speed spindles development, analyses the technology data of foreigh famous machine tool manufactory and spindle speciality plant, and brings forward the questions in high-speed spindle yield. It is important to study the high-speed spindle in our country. At last,the structure of high-speed spindles is determined , that is non-contact driving motorized spindle structure. The specification of the spindle is as follows,speed: 20000r/min,output power: 22 kW,output torque: 118 N.m,Running accuracy:≤0.0015mmOne,this paper states the process of developing the 20000rpm motorized spindle used for maching center, desighs the key technology data such as front be aring diameter,proper suspend value by a particular caculation,caculate the proper supporting span by trial-caculation;Two,estimate the static rigidity of the spindle by using the experimentf ormula.Analyses two key questions- —Inherence Frequency and Heat displacement ,which affect the high-speed spindle well running.In the detail st ru cture design, we design the coolingstructures,in which the oil is controlled by using oil-temperature controller,in order to reduce the influence of manufacture precision.Three,the balance theory is used to analysis the balance precision and method of high-speeds pindle,and desigh the balance position for the rotatary part and do-field balance of the whole spindle…
